Frankie’s ability to collaborate with complex teams has culminated in a number of exciting projects and has been essential in the firm’s growth into the Passive House movement. He specializes in residential renovations and working closely with homeowners to create spaces that meet their individual needs. His work with the firm includes the First Passive House Plus in North America and our Gothic Revival Brick Townhouse.
Frankie’s design and detailing abilities, along with his management skills, have made him an integral member of the firm. Frankie is a Registered Architect, Principal, and Certified Passive House Designer, who has been with Ingui Architecture since 2006. He received his B.Arch from the New York Institute of Technology.
