Maggie Hummel

Principal

Maggie emphasizes innovation and sustainability in her work and has overseen a number of our high-end residential projects, including our Wood Framed Townhouse, Park Slope Historic District Corner Home, and Greek Revival Passive House. Maggie is a Certified Passive House Designer and a Principal at Ingui Architecture. She joined the firm in 2013, after receiving her degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan. She became licensed in New York in 2018.

As a Principal, she enjoys organizing design discussions amongst her colleagues around compelling elements of New York City's built environment. Providing thoughtful, resolved, and individualized spaces are top of mind for Maggie in realizing the goals of homeowners. She still enjoys hand sketching whenever she can and plays tennis and volleyball on the Michigan Alumni team in her spare time.
