We are nearing completion of this conversion of old warehouse space into premium rental apartments. The project re-uses many of the old beams from the building to create shelving and wall cladding. High ceilings of the warehouse space have been preserved to create large light filled living spaces. The front façade of the lower garage space is being completely replaced with new brick, high-efficiency passive house windows and a steel and wood canopy. In order to create light and air for the apartments, a large rear courtyard was carved out of the building and refinished with new thermal windows and large sliding doors that lead out to individual patios for the units.
