Gym Break!

After working, cooking, eating, and drinking, you may (or may not) be thinking about exercise. For those missing their gym routine, check out these home exercise spaces – a lap pool, a yoga studio, and weight rooms that can be closed off with glass doors from the adjacent spaces without feeling disconnected.  Remember, whether you have these very convenient home gyms or not, it is always a good idea to try to get some exercise in during the day or evening for your physical and mental well being.
