Party Spaces - Part I

Design

December is underway, and we are kicking of our Party Spaces series to showcase rooms created for entertaining and gathering.

This month is full of opportunities to spend together with colleagues, friends, and family. Whether it's family home for the holidays or a full-blown night of celebration, these rooms can deliver!

Our first installment features an Upper West Side Beaux Arts townhouse that we converted back to its single-family glory. Most of the opulent details were covered while it was being used as a multi-family residence. After carefully restoring these beautiful plaster, wood, and leaded glass details, the 1800-square-foot entertaining level was resurrected with a new butler's pantry and stair down to the kitchen, new powder room, dining room, center salon, and sitting room.

Scroll to tour some of our favorite details of this entertainment space.
