Seamless Steam Shower

Steam showers need a slightly pitched, tiled ceiling to avoid "raining" condensation droplets.

In this Brooklyn Heights Passive House, we recessed the tile above the ceiling plane to allow the shower glass to extend the full height of the room.

The shower ceiling pitches downward for a seamless connection to the ceiling plane. Good design is often design that goes unnoticed.
