2012 AIA Brooklyn Design Awards

Our renovation focused on returning the historic details to the front façade, beautifying the building and allowing it to blend with the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.
The original front façade, pictured here, was redone in the 1950s, wiping the building of its historic elements.

We were honored by AIA Brooklyn's BKLYN Design Awards for our work returning the façade of a Brooklyn Heights townhouse to its original state, as it was built in 1816.

The BKLYN Design Awards were established by the Brooklyn Chapter of AIA to encourage excellence in architecture, increase awareness of the built environment, and to honor owners, architects, and builders.
