Ireland-based publication Passive House Plus is featuring our Carroll Gardens project as part of their Winter 2018 international selections!

Converting an existing building into a passive building is often more difficult than building passive from the ground up. We are proud of this project because not only is the house Passive House certified, but also Passive House Plus certified - meaning it produces on site about the same amount of energy it consumes from the grid. We strive to put as much focus on the architecture as we do building science to create beautiful spaces that function efficiently.

International: A Selection of Passive & Eco Builds from Around the World
